Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information RebuildAnswers (“we”) collects through rebuildanswers.com, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to respond to you and run the site.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our contact, booking and assessment forms: name, email, and optionally company, website, phone, team size, industry and a description of your needs.
- Assessment answers are processed in your browser to show you a recommendation. We only receive them if you choose to send them to us.
- Calculator inputs are recorded anonymously to understand how the calculator is used. They are attached to your inquiry only if you tick the box to include them.
- Basic usage events such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the referring website and whether you're on mobile or desktop. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. A random session identifier is kept in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab.
- Security data: your IP address is converted to a one-way hash to limit spam and abuse. We don't store the address itself.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To understand your needs and prepare recommendations. This may include using an AI service to summarize and categorize your inquiry and draft a reply, which a person reviews before anything is sent.
- To send occasional automation ideas, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site and respond to you, each only for that purpose: website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email (Google), AI processing of inquiries (Anthropic), DNS and bot protection (Cloudflare), and, if you book through our calendar, our scheduling provider. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become a working relationship are deleted after 24 months. Anonymous usage events are deleted after 13 months. Detailed AI processing records are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jordanbmontague@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access to our systems is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication, and we keep only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
